Tractors
HUSCO International provides a full range of efficient and high performance mobile hydraulic control valves and system solutions to equip agricultural tractors across the entire horse power range. These valves include open center monoblock solutions designed specifically for front end loader applications to closed center, pressure compensated high flow valves. Integration between valves, sensors and control panel enables HUSCO to provide a closed loop hitch control system for the most demanding of performance requirements. In addition to operator controlled valves, HUSCO International offers a range of system controlled solutions including Priority steer, Brake Accumulator charge, Trailler Brake, and Cab and Axle Suspension.
VF1000
The VF1000 valve series is manually operated and is suitable for flow rates up to 100 lpm. This mobile hydraulic control valve comes standard with an adjustable flow control that performs under full pressure. An industry-leading selector knob allows the operator to choose from three modes: continuous (motor), no-detent (loader), and auto-kick-out (cylinder). Applications include implement control valves, hitches and loader valves.
VF1200
The VF1200 valve series is manually operated and is suitable for flow rates up to 120 lpm. This mobile hydraulic control valve comes standard with an adjustable flow control that performs under full pressure. VF1200e
The VF1200e valve series is electrically operated with precise closed-loop control. This mobile hydraulic control valve is suitable for applications up to 120 lpm. This valve is of a unique design allows it to be used for implements, loaders and hitches that require electro-hydraulic actuation. An optional section-mounted CAN controller is available.
VF1600e
The VF1600e valve series offers extremely efficient and accurate closed-loop electronic control for flow rates up to 160 lpm. The valve sections are available with either ½” or ¾” integrated couplers for convenient implement changes or threaded work ports allowing flexibility in mounting location or when the application does not require frequent changes of implement (Scrapper Tractors, etc.).
5000
The 5000 open-center hydraulic control valve series is a robust, cost-effective, and compact solution for agricultural, construction, forestry and material handling applications up to 100 lpm.
9210
The 9210 hydraulic control valve series is a cost-effective monoblock valve that is available in two and three spool versions. This designed specifically for loader applications up to 75 lpm. This compact, open-center valve series will maximize loader performance.
HUSCO Hitch with EZ Select®
The HUSCO Hitch with EZ-Select® control system is an innovative, operator-friendly package that provides closed-loop control of tractor three-point hitches and similar functions such as combine harvester headers. The EZ-Select® system combines an electronic interface controller, sensors, and hydraulic valves for a completely integrated vehicle solution.
Suspension
HUSCO has leveraged its automotive and system integration expertise to develop cab and axle suspension control valves for the off-highway equipment market. HUSCO’s patented disc pack and EHPV technologies transform an ordinary hydraulic cylinder into an automotive-style strut to provide true suspension damping performance to attenuate vibrations. These systems allow equipment operators to increase productivity by performing work functions at faster speeds, while reducing operator fatigue. HUSCO offers a range of suspension products from passive to active for optimized vehicle control and comfort.
