HUSCO’s SCX-180 features the latest in closed center valve technology for the construction equipment market. By integrating electrohydraulic actuation into the casting, the SCX-180 offers a cost-effective solution for electronic controls. This closed center valve offers excellent flow sharing characteristics while operating multiple functions and is compatible with either fixed displacement pumps or with variable displacement load sensing pumps. Using a sectional valve assembly approach, the SCX-180 is designed to offer maximum flexibility using basic sectional building blocks including manually operated, pilot operated, and electrohydraulic operated sections. To reduce total hydraulic system costs, the SCX-180 is designed to integrate secondary devices such as a pressure reducing cartridge for pilot pressure supply, an adjustable flow control device, and a priority flow divider. With a nominal section flow rate of 180 lpm (48 gpm) at 15 bar (217 psi) margin pressure and pressures up to 350 bar (5,000 psi), the SCX-180 is well suited for a wide variety of construction, material handling and forestry equipment applications.
